Wow, I had been going to this Culver's locations when I used to work for the now closed down, JCPenny's, right near by. And I hate to say it, but this location has gotten really ghetto. Only accepting cash as payment & managers who speak to you in a gangster like tone when you call and ask a question about their products. I had ordered a chicken breast sandwich combo, but requested that it have add ons, such as, a gluten free bun, grilled onions, Swiss cheese, bacon & mayo. Payed for all of that extra, and sandwich was brought out to me cold & plain. No freaking condiments or paid for add-ons. Are you kidding me?! Essentially just the small, cold chicken patty and lettuce. I couldn't return it as I didn't discover the mishap until I arrived at work. Also the French fries were old and the diet root beer tasted off. $14.50 gone down the darn drain.
