Came here 7/10 about 6pm. Manager refused to correct issue. Girlfriend has celiac, she bit into a regular bun, after we ordered gluten free. Manager skipped the de-escalation process and decided to argue with me instead. Manager needs some major coaching, maybe a demotion. She threw away my order while scoffing at me like it was my fault. Culver’s, please reach out to me if you want to make it right.

I really want to like Culver's. They are one of the few places in town that are able offer a burger with a gluten-free bun where my wife knows she won't get sick. Nothing bad about the food, but I just like places where you can "taste the love" that goes into it.
