Culver’s

Everything about Culver's is outstanding except their gluten-free hamburger buns. Since the gluten-free hamburger is the only main dish food item they have, I'm kind of stuck with it when my family wants to eat at Culver's for family dinner night. Everything about the burger is great except the bun. It's reminiscent of the gluten-free buns of 20 years ago. It's grainy, doesn't hold together, and doesn't taste that good. Just the act of picking up my burger tonight had it cracking in 4 places, with a big chunk falling off the burger and crumbling onto my tray. There are a lot of great gluten-free buns out there now. Culver's needs to find one of them and switch.

Very friendly and courteous staff! They got my order wrong (easy mistake) they fixed it very quickly and gave me a coupon! They have very excellent gluten free management which is great for us celiacs!
