Culver’s

Went to lapeer Culver’s today to get my usual 10 burger Patties no bun no toppings just the patty. Every time I’m at this location they struggle to figure out How to ring it up until they finally find someone working who knows how. Today, I place the order and the girl starts ringing it up wrong…I tell her they ring it up in the ala cart area—she comes back with oh we have a new system now and we can’t ring it up that way. Ok…so you mean to tell me your new system has increased the price by double also? And when I go to the Culver’s in fort Gratiot they get it right every time no issues. I have severe celiac disease and I’m very limited on where I can get anything to eat other than at home. This place is ridiculous. My family, friends won’t be returning. Do better.

Twice they got the order wrong. First time my meal wasn't included in a large order. TOTAL FAIL! I HAD NOTHING TO EAT WHILE MY FAMILY ATE. Second time the whole order was wrong. I go to Culver's because they have gluten-free buns. THE SECOND TIME I HAD A "FREE MEAL" coupon as the manage was told I didn't get my food. They tried to up-charge for the bun and I had previously paid for it!! If this keeps happening, I'll have to quit going!
