No gluten free safe fryer. Grilled chicken with no bun is really good. The print on the allergen menu is too small and hard to read.

We choose Culver's because of our daughter having Celiac's disease. There were 10 people (at least) working plus 1 at the counter. Service was slow and the burgers were room temperature. Not even warm enough to melt the cheese. The restaurant was not busy. Maybe too much "socializing" and not enough working.
