Culver’s

For a "fast food" kinda place, it really feels home-y once you order and are seated. Really like the burgers. Gluten free buns are soft and delicious and they steam them. Also the bun stays together while eating the burger and doesn't crumble up.

Went inside to order with my family. 4 meals. 1 cod sandwich. 1 butter cheeseburger deluxe with a gluten free bun. 4 piece chicken strips meal. And a mushroom Swiss burger. The girl taking the order tells me they don't have any gluten free buns. Wouldn't even check. The manager happened to walk by and informed her that they do indeed have gluten free buns. The wait wasn't too long. When we got our food we checked to make sure we got everything. They had forgotten the cod sandwich. They of course apologized and made the sandwich. When we got home and handed out the food this is what we got Cod sandwich with no top bun. Deluxe cheeseburger with a gluten free bun but no cheese Mushroom Swiss burger with no Mushroom and American cheese. The only order they got right was my daughter's Chicken strips meal. I've had issues with this location in the past and refused to go there for a while. My family really wanted Culver's so l agreed to go because l thought maybe, just maybe they would have figured it out by now. Boy was l ever wrong. I we ever want Culver's again l guess we're driving across town. I will never go to this location ever again. Sorry no pictures.
