My 1st time at a Culvers. I ordered a butter burger on a Gluten free bun, the order taker didn't explain to me that the bun came separate and they couldn't create a butter burger with a gluten free bun. All our burgers were cold. The service was haphazard at best. When we got home with the food, one burger was missing, when we went back to get it, they didn't believe they had not given it to us and called it a 'remake' .
