Always a win at culvers. Gluten free burger and bun is mom's go to. The only fast food place that has the gluten free buns!

This is the second bad experience I've had at this location. All other locations I've had great service. I tried to ordering the pub burger with a gluten-free bun. She responded "sorry, we're out of the pub burger buns so we can't sell it." I said, I understand but I wanted a gluten-free bun. Her response is that her manager said they legally could not sell it. That is about the goofiest thing I ever heard. So I can get it on a gluten-free bun, if you have the regular buns in stock, but it somehow illegal if you're out of the regular buns? Give me a break.
