I am required to be gluten-free because of celiac disease. When I asked if they had a separate fryer for the french fries, the manager on duty gave me a detailed and descriptive process that they use for the separate fryers for the french fries. He put me at ease, but also advised me that they could not guarantee that there would be no cross-contamination. I really appreciate it.
