Burgers and custard are good, but this place rarely knows how to handle a gluten allergy/celiac order unless you stare them down while waiting for your custard. I usually go inside and order fresh custard ran with a clean scooper. This is KEY because the custard that has been sitting there is contaminated from touching cones and other toppings with gluten.There have been many times I have watched the workers make it without fresh custard even though I said it needed to be ran fresh. I always watch to make sure they do it correctly. I recently went through the drive thru and ordered my usual, well there was an unknown chocolate ingredient (snickers, twix?) in the custard. I threw it away and luckily didn't have a bad reaction. Would give them 5 stars if I could trust them to make custard right instead of having to babysit and watch them.
