Culver’s

Wow. I had to pull over & wait with 6 other cars & didn't get the gluten-free bun with my chicken sandwich. Kinda hard to eat that with my bare hands in my car. Plus the bun is part of the meal. I actually only go to Culver's because they offer good gluten-free buns. Wish I had gotten that. While ordering I was told I could't order a small fry. They don't sell small orders of fries except as part of a meal. I was forced to buy a not very fresh medium fry and the bun was missing, plus at least 10-15 minute wait. I ended up hungry later but since I can't eat wheat I couldn't just grab other food. I hope this is an exception & not how things are done daily. The kids who were bringing out bags of food were hustling, I'll give you credit for that.

Today was the 2nd time I ordered ahead online and went to pick up my meal. 1st time I had absolutely zero issues today was told I couldn't pick up orders ahead thru the drive thru was given reason at all as to why if I had already payed for my meal ahead of time. What is the issue? Then I had to spend more of my already short lunch hr going inside to wait for my food and had to make another trip inside to get the condiments for my sandwich which were not on there so now I have zero time left of my lunch break to eat. I do love the fact that you all have a gluten free bun option but I will not be spending any more of my hard earned money with this company
