Cumbia Omaha

Cumbia instantly became one of our favorite restaurants in Omaha after one visit. We started with drink creations that were unique and expertly crafted. After sipping down more than we normally would at the bar, we were seated to a perfect meal that included the Brazilian sandwich, civiche, empanadas, chicken skewers, and cheese cubes. I believe everything on the menu is gluten free (GF). Every single item was cooked to perfection, and the somewhat new flavors to my pallet, told me I was eating the best first, while nothing in the same category would ever come close. They seemed to have a great team atmosphere that is meant only to please each customer. Top notch place. You can eat dinner for $25‐$50, but I suggest exploring the drink menu bringing dinner to $50-$100pp. The only negative (and I'm reaching here) was that the two-top we were seated at was very dark while the rest of the restaurant looked adequately lit.
