Went here for the first time today and tried the combo with BBQ Beef and The Krunch Bop. I asked for it spicy, and it definitely delivered—it was very good and packed with heat! I also ordered items for my wife and daughter. A heads-up for anyone with celiac: make sure to inform them, or you might run into issues. Another tip is to taste the sauces before using them. My wife and daughter weren’t fans of the #1 and #2 sauces, which had a sweet, cinnamon-like, almost milky flavor—not our favorite. Aside from that, everything else was delicious, and I found the portions to be reasonable. Overall, a solid first visit!

I've been going to this Cup Bop for about a year now and have constantly had issues. Whether its from customer service issues or attention to detail on requests (ei, sauce amount, no noodles, etc.). I ordered from DoorDash tonight and tried calling in 6 times to make a change to my order. I eat gluten free and personally don't get the noodles so I call in every time to make a change, which hasn't been an issue in the past. Tonight, after calling 6 times and having no one answer, I tried canceling the order but my door dasher had already picked up the food and i was unable to cancel.
