Fantastic service by Esmeralda and her crew, very willing to happily cater to my wife’s gluten allergy, and the food was fantastic; we snagged one regular Ugly Bop (mine), one Gluten-Friendly Ugly Bop, and one order of Ramen930 - all were delicious! When we’re in the area, we’ll absolutely eat at Cupbop again!

Ordered the ramen to go - totally inedible slop. Not sure what that clump of gluten was, but it was not ramen. Terrible on every level. Nice staff though.
