I love this place!! Cupbop Layton is our regular weekly go-to. The food is absolutely wonderful and normally I would rave about it, however the last 3 times (3 weeks) I've literally been shorted the sauce. I always order the Gluten-free Ugly Pop Bop and request both the GF sweet and spicy sauces, and the last three weeks I've gotten home to find my order is completely missing sauce. Which really ruins the meal, because the sauce is excellent. So then I get to doctor it up with what I've got at home, not awesome. Maybe this review can be used as a coaching opportunity? I understand we are all busy and I have a lot of respect for those who choose to work in food service, but as a paying customer I'd really like to get what I order. Going forward, I will double check the order before I walk out of the store and drive 40 mins home. But if this is happening to a frequent customer like me, I can guarantee it is happening to others who may not take this sort of thing as well. Thank you!
