Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

Potstickers are the most delish! I ordered a #1 combo with gluten-free noodles. To my surprise, there was also white rice and not enough cabbage to my liking, plus the beef was very stringy. Overall, I will try again someday, but I definitely will ensure there is no rice.

I have been going to different Cupbop locations for years. Our family thoroughly enjoys a different option with veggies vs the normal chicken and burgers. Not to mention the delicious sauces and great gluten free options! We would only be able to enjoy Cupbop while visiting family in Utah which became a yummy treat and memory for our family. When they opened here in Vegas we were so happy, but at the time the locations were far so we could go when on that side of town. We were so excited to finally get a location on our side of town, and with a drive thru option too!? What!? When you have three screaming and hungry kids, and don't want to just do burgers or the usual same stuff it's so nice to have a better option and not have to worry about going into a location with hangry kiddos. I recently met the owner of this location Elle! She's a gem, and I love her story of how she decided to open this location. Her love language is food and feeding people 😍. She also has such compassion, drive, and talent! What an pleasure to meet such a wonderful person! We are grateful to support your location so close to home! 🥰🥰
