I ordered a gluten free carrot cake for a special birthday. It was delicious and super moist! It’s a challenge to get a gf cake that isn’t dry and heavy. This one was fantastic and I will order again from Cupcake Junkie!

They have mixed reviews, so I thought I would check them out myself. At $4 plus each, I expected at least a decent base. Taste is good, I just wouldn't present these to guests, and that's the point right?

There is no icing in the centre of the cupcake, and the base looks like it was baked at an angle.
No, I did not order anything gluten free. I am not coming back to get another. The fact that you would let this quality leave your shop says it all.
