Overall, I'd give Curious Cork Wine & Provisions 4 stars. Here's the breakdown: **Food (5 stars):** Absolutely delicious! We tried a variety of things: mussels, marinated olives, the dip board, burger sliders, and shrimp cocktails. Everything was fresh and flavorful. They were also very accommodating to gluten-free needs, with options clearly marked on the menu and a willingness to modify dishes. **Service (4 stars):** Our waitress was amazing! Friendly, fun, and attentive, constantly checking in to make sure we were happy. The only hiccup was that our silverware didn't come out with the food, so our dishes sat for a few minutes getting cold while we waited. Furthermore, I would have preferred cloth napkins instead of paper napkins for a place like this, which would make it feel more upscale. **Vibe (4 stars):** This is a self-serve wine bar, which is a cool concept. You get to choose your own wine directly from the taps. However, the layout is a bit awkward. It's quite cramped, and servers are constantly going in and out from the kitchen right next to the wine taps, making it feel crowded. I feel like the staff could have replaced the bottles more often, especially because I poured a Rosè and it was the last few drops in the bottle so it came spitting out, and probably charged me for a 6 oz when I got less than that. On the plus side, the decor is fantastic and the place was very clean. **Bonus points:** The owner even came out to greet us and make sure everything was going well. That's a nice touch I love to always see. Would definitely be going back to this place again, and for everyone reading this review, I highly recommend you go and visit this place.
