Good selection of gluten-free food. Bread is kept separate from other items prepared without gluten. White table cloths and glass like most Indian restaurants.

Curries is probably the best Indian food I've eaten since visiting Amritsar 9 years ago. I'm so excited to have found it! We ordered the dal makhni (level 3), aloo gobhi (level 2), and tikka masala (level 3), and they were perfection...full of flavor & spice, but not so spicy that your mouth is on fire and sweating. I can't wait to go back. For those who need to avoid gluten, the menu isn't labeled gluten-free, but they will quickly point out what to avoid, which is the obvious like bread and samosa. My husband is a celiac, and the owner's son, who took our order, walked our ticket back to the kitchen window to make sure they knew to take extra precautions. What a gem to have in Everett. It will be one of our top 3 places to eat when we take the ferry to the mainland.
