Customs House Hotel Williamstown

I celebrated my birthday dinner with my family at the Customs House Hotel, and it was a lovely experience. They accommodated our large group with a private section, which made the evening feel extra special. The staff were attentive and friendly and ensured everything ran smoothly. My brother-in-law, who is celiac, was able to enjoy his meal without any concerns. Thank you, Jenny, Russell and the team!

Interesting experience to say the least from a hospitality point of view. Menu is large and good range of options including gluten free which is good to see. The dining room has 0 atmosphere, no music, no ambience. No cutlery upon arrival of our mains and had to get our own. Knife was dirty and got a filthy look from i think a staff member when i went to get another one. Meals were good and portion size was ideal.
