Cut

What a find. We come to Glasgow 3-4 times a year for work. After been consistently disappointed with hotel food, we ventured out and discovered The Cut. Wow - it is amazing. The steak was stunning and the miso aubergine delicious, but what made it even more special was the gluten free sticky toffee pudding, which really made my wife's day. We'll definitely be back.

Cut Bothwell was absolutely fantastic. As a wheelchair user and gluten intolerant to boot it's hard to find somewhere to eat. I had booked in advance and when I turned up the ramp was already set up for me to get in. Once in a kind member of staff helped me with my jacket. After having a look at the menu another member of staff came over and was able to advise on what I could have and what wouldn't be suitable. The food was absolutely delicious and served in good time. The staff were very attentive checking everything was alright with the food, bringing more drinks and generally being on hand to help in any way. When I was leaving one member of staff got my coat and helped me on with it while another was on hand to help me out the door. All in all a five star experience and I will definitely be back. Thank you to the two gentlemen who served us today and compliments to the chef!
