I have celiac disease which is a gluten intolerance. This kitchen makes every single item with love, down to every last gluten-free dish. Every staff member is considerate and genuinely enjoys interacting with their customers. They take care and pride in the dishes they serve. Trying to find gluten free fresh food in Brevard County Florida is a complete task in itself. By far the best bakery on Florida's Space Coast. Shout out to GM Kelly <3

Aubrey is the sweetest person, the donuts here are out of this world! Incredibly fresh, they have vegan and gluten free options available - my personal favorites are the pomegranate pistachio donut and the hot cocoa donut! I will be recommending to all my friends, we drove from Orlando to check them out!
