They have gluten-free beer (there are few places in Toulouse) they are artisanal but they are good and there is a variety to choose from. The very friendly waiter, even though he didn't know Spanish or English, made sure to understand us perfectly. They also have some gluten-free tapas like rillettes d'oie which is a kind of goose pâté.
