08/25/20- This is primarily a sushi restaurant, located in an Asian plaza across the street from the Asiana grocery. The inside is clean & modern with some light art. There are a couple of TVs that (typically) play K-pop (which I find highly amusing to watch). The staff is tremendously friendly with an honest desire-to-serve vibe. Please note that as of this time, they do not offer gluten-friendly options for their breaded items, items that include soy sauce or sauces that include soy sauce, so if you are like me (have celiac disease or are gluten sensitive), you'll need to ask questions. However, the chef was more than happy to come out & offer some changes to her creations in order to make something tasty & safe for me to eat. Their green tea is actually made with a decent matcha & very tasty. I highly recommend trying it, you'll taste the difference between it & the tea bags other places use. My family & I have, to date, only tried the sushi options, but check out their website for lovely pictures of all of their menu items. The food has all been wonderful to me, I eat the simpler dishes (without crumbles or sauces or roe) while my family enjoy some of the specialty items. Everything has been delicious & fresh. We've visited multiple times & plan to continue. They also do take-out & food can be ordered online via their website.
