Excellent. From the moment we arrived they were very friendly and attentive, the waiters 10/10. They offered us a complimentary glass of gazpacho and I can say that it has nothing to envy of the one I have tried in Spain. The food did take a little while but it was made up for by the goodness of the dishes. All very well seasoned. In the menu they indicated that the options were gluten free and vegetarian. The place is beautiful and very instagrammable 🤍

Fancy place with beautifully served food. Even though I told them that I am gluten and lactose sensitive (both in English and in Spanish), they served food with milk in it, which is a big mistake: a place like this can't afford that. There are people who need to call an ambulance after such a mistake because of their sensitivity, so it would be worthwhile to develop this kind of education of the staff if they already operate with such an image and prices. Update: no, they don't understand again. I didn't have a good experience, it was a big mistake and they still don't catch it.
