However, the open kitchen adds a fun element, letting you witness the culinary energy firsthand. Pizza Perfection (4.5/5): DOC excels in the heart of its menu - the pizza. Made with high-quality, fresh, local ingredients, they boast perfectly chewy crusts. We enjoyed the "Cornutu" on a surprisingly delicious gluten-free base. While tasty, there might be even more mouthwatering options to explore on the menu. The Verdict (4/5): DOC Mornington is a great choice for a casual or romantic dinner, offering a lively atmosphere and top-notch pizzas. The pricing might seem high for a pizzeria, but the quality ingredients and overall experience justify the cost.

One of the best gluten free pizzas I’ve had. We got takeaway focaccia, wood fired pizza and radicchio salad. Didn’t love the salad personally but the rest was great.
