We weren’t told we had to order at the counter, and when we asked the owner about avoiding contamination for my coeliac partner she was very short and rude with us - yes it’s a pizza place but most places we go which offer gluten free bases as an option at least make an effort.
Pretty disappointing service.
Response - thankfully Sassafras were helpful and polite and had no problem marking the kitchen ticket with a note. This is how you should treat your customers. Anyone reading these reviews you can tell a lot from this owners responses. Enjoy another 1 star review, maybe you should question your own common sense as a business owner of a half empty restaurant
