Did a takeout of the wagyu bolognese with gluten free pasta and it was great - pure simple confort food. It was the best gluten free pasta I ever had so far, their gluten free pasta substitute was a homemade fettuccine. I love that even the gluten free option is homemade as I'm gluten sensitive. It's hard to enjoy much of what I love without feeling bad, but this makes it possible. Would love to come back and try the other options on the menu.
