Absolutely delicious pizza! I have a moderate gluten intolerance, so I normally avoid traditional pizza and eat gluten free. Because the flour is imported from Italy and the ingredients are so fresh, I gave it a try. I felt fine after eating and experienced none of my usual symptoms when I get 'glutened'. An amazing light, fluffy, chewy, delicious crust. The pesto was flavorful and well balanced. The fresh tomatoes were the prefect pop of acid to finish it off. 1000% recommend!
