Very local, very inexpensive, very good. Expect to wait a long time for dinner. This is your destination, you have nowhere else to be. Drink the house wine, eat whatever they tell you is good that day, and buckle up. They will bring you big bowls of pasta and scoop it onto your plate. You tell them when you stop. Yes they gave a gluten free menu. Yes they speak English, but do try to speak Italian. It's worth it.

Historic restaurant in Fiano di Pescaglia. There is a familiar atmosphere, on Sunday lunch a fixed menu, very abundant with starters, first courses, second courses, side dishes, dessert, fruit and coffee. Ample parking inside, otherwise there is parking in the immediate vicinity. They make dishes for vegetarians and also celiacs. Courteous and helpful staff. The service of the fixed menu on Sunday is not very fast, from start to finish it takes 3 and a half hours, but you leave really satisfied.
