Daddy Greens Pizzabar Töölö

I went here for dinner with a friend at the end of May 2024. I was surprised that I couldn't get the service in Finnish. It was possible to eat outside. The order had to be placed inside at the counter. There was a wide variety of pizzas. Found for vegans and gluten-free. The drink selection was also reasonable. Alcoholic beverages were found. We got the order done. We took our drinks and cutlery and went out. We got the pizzas surprisingly quickly. It was good and filled my stomach.

About three weeks ago I was there with my Finnish speaking partner. We order gluten free vegan pizzas after an hour late and mostly inedible burnt pizza my one came full of meat and vegan sausage which had seitan in it so not gluten free. The pizza arrived full of dairy cheese it was a disaster and thankfully I asked the waiter to confirm if this is all gluten free and vegan as I have dairy allergy and gluten intolerance. He told me no of course this is not all gluten free only the base is and sausage is vegan but the cheese is full of dairy. Me and my partner Hilla were both shocked after we ordered so carefully! They kind of told us off as well for not ordering any more clearly, how can we make it more clear I showed them on my english menu exactly what to order and Hilla went over my order in Finnish for them to double check. They then made me a new pizza was which great! Hilla pizza arrived 20 minutes after the hour we already waited for my one and hers was so badly burnt she barely had a slice from it. We went to tell them but they totally ignored us. We left a review which daddy green asked us to email us, maybe it’s a bot 🤖, three weeks and they haven’t replied. If the management is reading this please pay attention to costumers. You have high prices, potentially good pizzas just please sort your costumers service. If you had bad experience with them and didn’t have a response to an email they’ve asked you to send them, please share your story, they should hear us.

My partner and I went for pizzas on a Saturday night. The restaurant was quite full. We ordered vegan pizzas from the menu and asked for them gluten-free. The kitchen also told us that it would be possible. The partner's pizza came to the table first. It was a pizza with meat, gluten-free veggie sausage, and regular cheese made from animal milk. However, the base was gluten-free. Since the partner could not eat this pizza, he went to ask for the pizza he ordered. The staff agreed to this, but blamed the mistake on my partner. We had to wait about an hour for the two pizzas we ordered. Finally we got the pizzas to the table. My partner's pizza was good, but the bottom of the pizza I ordered was burnt and I had to leave the pizza almost completely uneaten. My partner also went to tell the staff about this, but no one was interested. Everything went wrong with the restaurant, but nothing was even bothered to apologize. The experience was 0/10 and really no need to go again. My partner has allergies, so luckily he was careful with his order and didn't end up in the emergency room because of the wrong pizza.
