Dade City BBQ and Ice Cream Company

The kids and I go to the Ren Faire every year and it's out tradition to go get ice cream here afterwards. Never disappointed! This year they were out of gluten free cones and the girl at the counter was so sweet she made my kiddo an extra big scoop to make up for it, biggest smile ever from my kiddos. We'll keep coming back every year.

We stopped in for ice cream on a Sunday, as a special treat. It was great to enjoy fare from a locally owned restaurant, on a day when most places in this small town are closed. The shop has a huge ice cream selection with plenty of toppings to choose from, as well. They offer a variety of homemade waffle cones, including fun colors and flavors. There were gluten free cones available for purchase, and several flavors of dairy free ice cream to choose from. The reataurant was immaculate, the service was excellent, and everyone was delighted with their ice cream treats :-D. The restaurant offers a full meal selection as well, and next time, we plan to sample some of their savory options!
