We stopped here mid-camping trip, after looking for a restaurant that uses tallow for cooking fries. I’m not sure if they offer gluten-free options, but we got burgers without buns, fries (which are gluten free), and the special, which was Wagyu filet tips. Everything was delicious—actually one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The fries were excellent. They also have great products, like locally sourced jerky. Staff were incredibly courteous and helpful with our questions and complicated order. We will definitely be back when we are in town again!
