Dalbertt Gluten free

Excellent, everything delicious. I'm celiac, everything very, very good. There are no places like this in Montevideo.

Unfortunately, our experience with Dalbertt Gluten Free was terrible. We ordered two gluten-free cakes for my son's birthday, who is celiac, for $3,400. The order was placed in advance (Monday) and we scheduled delivery for Wednesday at 6:30 PM. At 6:30 PM, we texted to check on the delivery status, and only then were we informed that the order would arrive at 6:55 PM and that it would be delivered in a car whose license plate number they gave us. However, by 7:10 PM, we still had no news. We tried desperately to get in touch: we called more than 20 times, sent several WhatsApp messages... with no response. We had to leave for the birthday party without the cakes. A total disappointment. It wasn't until after 8:00 PM that the manager started answering, and to our surprise, he blamed us for "not being at the door of the building waiting for the Uber." At no point were we informed that the delivery would be made via that route, nor were we given a rideshare as is normally done in these cases (with real-time location and exact arrival time). A serious communication and logistics error. The most worrying thing was the attitude: zero empathy, no intention of solving the problem or acknowledging responsibility. They didn't answer the phone until they closed the store, probably to avoid any in-person complaints. Terrible service. Terrible attitude. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend it under any circumstances. Update: The owner responded by referencing a private conversation he never had with me. I am the one who wrote this review, and at no point did I have any dialogue with him, although I would have liked to, as I tried to call the store more than 20 times without getting an answer. Furthermore, other people were involved at the birthday party and were affected by their failure to comply, so trying to divert attention to an exchange with a third party doesn't change the facts: the order was never delivered that day, they didn't answer the phone, and their subsequent attitude was completely lacking in empathy and professionalism. Terrible service and worse attitude.

A delight!!!! All.! The truth! Incomparable and delicious price and quality. For us (celiacs) it is always difficult to find places. I highly recommend it. A wonderful and super quiet place. The owner is very friendly at all times! We will clearly return.
