Dale Arepa Bar & Healthy Bistro Miami

Our friend (who has a strict Gluten-free diet) found this place the day before traveling to Santiago, Chile – where the owner Gaston coincidentally had deep roots and lots of recommendations for traveling. Not only was his food refreshing, but he was a wealth of information. We greatly enjoyed getting to know a bit about his fascinating journey with heliskiing (!). Carrot ginger juice was awesome and the arepa+Cachapa with Cheese was “FANTASTIC”, according to our friend. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat delicious healthy food!

Good arepas! No complaints. It’s a bit of a hole in the wall, no frills. The baskets are kind of annoying to eat out of. We liked our food. I got the beef, avocado and cheese one. My husband made his own to make it vegan. I believe he went with plantains and avocado and beans. As always, would be nice if they had more vegan options, like their sauce. But we would return. The arepas are of course gluten free.
