Great experience. The best I had in Hvar. My wife is celiac and can eat a great gluten free meal.

Exquisite. Deserves 6 stars. The service was Michelin-star worthy. We had constant personal attention from multiple servers throughout the night. Wine glasses never got below half full. Staff were friendly, playful, joking and bantering with us, and taking the time to explain dishes in detail to ensure we had the best possible experience. 3 hours flew by and we never felt rushed in the slightest. We had the tuna tartare, steak tartare, tuna steak, and gorgonzola gnocchi. All were excellent and the steak tartare and the gnocchi were particularly outstanding. My partner is celiac and especially loved the detailed attention to gluten needs. The head chef is also celiac and everyone was extremely careful and diligent about reassurances, even to the point of specifying the ground pepper was gluten-free. Dalmatino is an absolute gem.

The most wonderful service and kind staff who told me the owner’s grandmother is celiac so almost everything on the menu could be made allergy friendly (dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, and or gluten free) including homemade gluten free bread! Very knowledgeable who mentioned squid ink wasn’t gluten free but they could substitute for regular gnocchi. Also have 0 proof alcohol mocktails and had pasteurized cheese! Husband had a great local blonde ale he loved too.
