Dani & Fiori's Gourmet Pizzeria Earlwood

I recently order a couple of pizzas with Gluten Free base. I didn’t get the normal base, so I can’t speak on that. The ingredients were good, except for the base, I paid extra for that and it honestly felt like it was gluten free pancake mix. I’ve ordered gluten free pizzas in many other places and the base is not like that. Beforehand. I read the reviews and decided to give it a go. The customer service was good, I’m just a bit disappointed that the Gluten Free base used for these pizzas is charged with 4 dollars more and it tastes like pancake. Sorry, but I can’t recommend this to anyone who is looking for gluten free option.

Always top and my go to for Friday night pizzas. Everything from their classic Margherita to either the Dani or Fiori specials are great. My favourite has to be their meatballs pizza. To top it up, their gluten free base is also delicious. Also can recommend their meatball pasta for something different.
