I couldn’t believe a doughnut chain has coeliac safe gluten options! So impressed, the pie was delicious - the pastry had the perfect balance of melting in your mouth and snap. The doughnut was quite dry but tasted delicious dipped in the coffee, which was very good. Couldn’t believe how reasonably priced it was - all for $14, no extra charge for gf and in an airport! Super impressed!
