I am gluten free and asked for a gluten free menu. I was told that they don’t have a separate menu, but can prepare many dishes GF. I ordered a gf mussels for appetizer. It comes in a deep dish with white sauce on the bottom. Problem here is that you don’t see what’s in the plate under sauce. When I ate some of them, I noticed a little piece of bread floating in the sauce . I got concerned and started poking the bottom. Imagine my shock when I found a large piece of bread in the bottom of this plate. I personally have a gluten sensitivity and try to avoid eating anything with gluten, also, just Incase there are some cross contamination, before eating in restaurants I take a gluten cutter pill ( that helps with gluten/food processing) but what if I did not? What if someone with true intolerance was there? It is unacceptable! The main dish, veal piccata, was vinegary and sour, not tasty at all.
