Dante & Luigi's

We had a fabulous experience at Dante and Luigi’s. The food, the service , the wine, the atmosphere, all top notch. We had the classic Italian gravy and meatballs over gluten-free pasta, and it was superb. The meatballs reminded me of ones my neighbor used to make for me from scratch. We also had Veal Sicilian, which was divine. The building is gorgeous and full of history. Also, they offer a cash discount. Highly recommend!

This food was the best Italian my whole family has had in a long time. I’m gluten sensitive but decided I wanted to try the pasta (because in Italy I have no digestive issues with their pasta!). I happily report that I felt fine after dining there! Their chicken parm was excellent, their pasta with meat sauce signature dish was delicious, the Branzini fish was the best I have EVER eaten. My boys loved the ceaser salad & calamari. Their tiramisu was INCREDIBLE. I gave the service less than 5 stars only because the gentleman who was serving us was not attentive and seemed to dismiss my kids’ attempts to get his attention to request some things like water or more salad. We appreciated how the service was slow because it reminded us of Italy, but if you’re in a rush, you probably want to let them know.
