Vegan Philly cheesesteak at Dar’s Steaks is excellent and a great portion. They use seitan and have vegan cheese. Easy to order on the phone or online. They made it fast. Small place inside, but enough seating if you want to eat there. They also have a mushroom/veggie sandwich and have options of rolls, including gluten-free.

I am gluten free thanks to a Doctor's protocol and wondered if I would ever be able to eat a cheesesteak again...and then I saw that Dar's has a upcharge for a $3 GF roll...I thought $3 was a bit high, but my first bite, I realized why. This may be the BEST GF roll I have ever had. And I would be happy to pay that each time! As for the cheesesteak and provolone, it was delicious and melted perfectly. I am hooked!!!!!
