Darbys was a lovely place to stop and get some good food. The waitress was attentive and pleasant. They have gluten-free choices, which was important to our family. We had the pad-thai, fish and chips, spinach and artichoke dip as well as a turkey bacon sandwich. The food came out quickly and all was good. The Pad Thai had more of a peanut sauce instead of a traditional pad Thai sauce but was still good. The fish and chips were great because the breading was light. The soup could have been a little warmer in temperature but was chunky and thick!

Darby's has something for everyone, vegetarian, gluten free, meat and seafood. Consistently good food for more than the 20 years since I have been eating there. Service is friendly, restaurant is open more than most. Worth the wait if there is a line.
