Dardanup Tavern

Our family went out to celebrate a 19th birthday and this is an awesome place to get together. There's a lot of different seating arrangements and it's relatively informal. The 'Dardy' is a full country pub experience, a front bar, dining area and beer garden all rolled into a tidy package that's welcoming and full of charisma. We went on a Friday evening and the famous 'Chase the Ace' was on. The front bar was meters deep with patrons enjoying a beer and a chat as a Friday night wind-down. Absolutely packed solid! The dining room was also very well patronised and I must say the servings at the Dardy are exceptional! The food is great and there is plenty of it. I enjoyed some squid with a lovely salad, The boys had the parmigiana, which they said was exceptionally good! My partner had the gluten-free burger with salad and chips and the birthday girl enjoyed the ribs. If anything they could have marinated a little bit longer in the sauce but they were beautifully tender and fell off the bone! All in all we had an enjoyable evening outside on a very pleasant night.

Wasn't able to drink the watered down soft drink. Gluten free salt and pepper squid salad was ok but felt sick afterwards. Think from the greasiness. Husband had the brisket burger and couldn't eat it. Chips looked great. Meal was served fairly quickly and friendly service.
