The waiter who took our order was polite but not inclined to help a diner who wasn't sure what to choose because it was her first time at sushi. She wanted to be guided in the discovery of this new (at least for her) cuisine.
Nonetheless, a positive experience. The brand does not change from location to location and the product has consistent quality.
I recommend booking: there are very few tables available (3 or 4) + a social table.
