Let me start by saying this is one of the best gluten-free cakes I've ever had. It's absolutely delicious, and has a fantastic, moist, cake texture. If you hadn't told me it was gluten-free, I never would have known.
I ordered a cake for our anniversary. It was a bit late notice, but they were able to put it together for us so I could pick it up. Communication was very good and they were able to accommodate our specific requests for the cake design.
When I picked up the cake, the owner, Janella, was very friendly. It was so great to meet her! Thanks, again, for a great cake and a great experience! If you're in the market for a GF (or vegan!) cake, I'm happy to highly-recommend this baker.
