This is about your gluten free pizza. The last 3 times that I ordered this I had 3 different experiences. Under cooked also, why has your shop stopped using the foil under the crust? Does this not protect a little from the reg pizza crusts? Please go back to using the foil. I have always loved your pizza,now that I am gluten free (celiac) Please correct! Thank you---
