These paletas rock! :) So different from a normal ice cream experience as these are made fresh daily on site by Chef Christina with all natural ingredients and no preservatives. The fruit based paletas are all vegan and most of the menu is gluten free. Come enjoy!

Delicious flavors and amazing service! They have so many options ranging from dairy based to Greek yogurt to fruit based which are vegan! Not to mention majority of their flavors are gluten free!! The shop is aesthetically pleasing and is gorgeous inside and out. What a great addition to the Fairfield community! We are looking forward to returning very soon!
