Celiac friendly! Gluten free options. Menu clearly identifies which food items contain gluten. If I could give this restaurant 6 stars I would! Some of the best sushi I have ever had in the US! Service was excellent with an amazing atmosphere to match! A must when in Bozeman!

Dave’s Sushi is absolutely incredible. This is some of the best sushi I’ve ever had anywhere in the entire US, let alone just Montana! If you’re in Bozeman and you’re craving elaborate, unique rolls you won’t find elsewhere, this is your spot! Every single time we come here when visiting Montana, we are so pleasantly surprised with the taste, presentation and quality of food. This is really a hidden gem! And to top it off, EXCELLENT gluten free options as well! All the appetizers/salads/shareables are incredible. From the Crab & Cream Cheese Wontons to the Ika Sansai Salad to the Honey Gochujang Fried Chicken and Crispy Ahi Nigiri, and everything in between, you will not find something you won’t like. My best tip: the more unique, the better! They love to get creative here, and the elaborate dishes are some of the best on the whole menu!! Their rolls are EXCEPTIONAL. As I said, the more unique, the better!! Some of our favorites are: Bubba Gump, Jack Sparrow, Carmen Electra, Fried Chicken Roll, Widespread Panic, Popper, Le Poisson, Kelly Slater, Diver’s Delight, David Hasselhoff, Daddy Longlegs, John Wayne, and I could just keep going but I’d be reading off more than half of the menu!! Another tip - their raw rolls are even better than the cooked ones (cooked are still exceptional); like, I would literally order almost every single roll off the raw side if I could EVERY single time. This is just such a wonderful restaurant and it’s so awesome it’s right in Bozeman! You’d expect this to be in LA or Miami…not here! So do yourself a favor and try out Dave’s Sushi when you get a chance! Best sushi ever!
