Dave & Buster's Springdale - Cincinnati

The food was a serious issue. We had a group of 6 and spent hundreds of dollars on games and food and just so disappointed on the restaurant side of things. My son ordered a gluten free burger and loaded mashed potatoes. The potatoes came out ice cold. Literally not even mixed powder fully and as cold as his drink. Pretty quickly after finishing dinner he was vomiting. The 2 kids meals my friend got her kids were so burnt. One of the adults in our group got completely wrong things on her burger and the waitress apologized and said the kitchen pretty much just does what they want and she gets complaints all the time. You guys charge way too much for the kitchen to “just do whatever they want”. This was such a disappointment and makes me question how safe the food even is when there is no repercussions for the kitchen and obviously my son got sick from his food.

It was a good first time going for our family. Kids really enjoyed the games, thinking a out having a birthday party there. We really enjoyed the food menu, they have gluten free options for those people that need it. I got the bone in buffalo wings that were delicious. The only thing that I will say is they definitely need more staff, they had 1 lady serving the entire food area and 1 lady working in the ticket booth. The food did come out fast so that was a plus, but I felt bad for the 1 lady who was all by herself running around. Over all it was fun for the kids and we spent alot of money.
