Dave & Buster's Utica

Had a much needed date night with my hubby and wanted to try something different. Dave and Busters was definitely the way to go! The food was great and accommodated my gluten allergy. We were able to get 15 extra free chips by simply downloading the app and adding the chip card we had purchased. There’s tons of game options and the crowd wasn’t too bad. My husband got a couple drinks and was very happy with their taste. The bartender was running around like crazy but still ensured we got great service and were taken care of. I would say that the environment is geared towards older children (8+) and adults but that’s not a complaint for me. I think it would be a great birthday party place! I had the chicken club sandwich on a gluten free bun with fries and I was awesome! Definitely recommend checking out Dave & Busters, but be prepared to spend quite a bit of time there!

The kids had a blast while celebrating a friends birthday and the food was great. Tons of gluten free options, which is huge for my family. We struggled with the D&B bands though. I spent $10 for this band and it definitely came with a learning curve. Some games would not even respond to the band while others, the band had to be place perfectly on the screen to play. While trying to redeem prizes in the “toy section” the lady (possibly even a manager?) was extremely rude. She gave me a hard about the band and gave my friend an even harder time about their band, which was not working. The band is just not worth it.
